Segun is an Economic Development Professional with expertise in community and real estate development. He currently serves as the City Administrator for the city of Dellwood, Missouri, where he oversees administrative affairs and implementation of public policy. Segun has extensive experience working for local and regional economic development organizations. Segun is also the Founder and president of the African Chamber of commerce, focused on facilitating business between St louis and the continent of Africa. Which involves fundraising, promoting and capacity building for small business owners. During his tenure with the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, he developed community housing redevelopment plans and implemented a fund development strategy that involved creating and analyzing proposed real estate projects in North St. Louis County Region.
Segun serves as the Vice Chair for the St. Louis County Clean Energy Development Board. Segun received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University. He holds a degree in International Studies from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rennes, France. Segun has also obtained a master’s in business administration from Webster University, St. Louis.
